Since STARTUP ZONE is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds once the order is accomplished and the product is delivered. As a customer you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any ticket or item from our site.
However, we realize that exceptional circumstance can take place with regard to the character of the product we supply.
Therefore, we DO honor requests for the refund on the following reasons:
1. non-delivery of the product: due to some mailing issues you do not receive a delivery e-mail from us after various attempts on both parties to have shown good will in receiving file via download link, file attachment or direct postage offering;
2. download issues: it may happen that you have trouble with downloading of the product and various attempts have been initiated in good will by both parties;
3. product not-as-described: a request based on this reason is satisfied on a case by case basis in agreement of both parties concerned. To prevent this situation every customer is suggested to double check the item name and any requirements listed in the items details.
